Lando Consulting has also been engaged to do both short and long term projects for many specialty retailers not always related to a franchise industry. And, because Mark has been involved in negotiating for in excess of 400 leases over time, he also has assisted clients with their real estate needs.
Mark Lando has consulted for numerous internationally recognized brands as well as smaller local operations and has assisted companies in growing their concepts into foreign markets and/or helped bring foreign concepts to the U.S.

Mark Lando has sold over 300 franchises and has negotiated for at least 400 retail locations.
Lando Consulting has helped raise equity and debt capital for start-up, as well as organic expansion
and acquisition of competitors. During three different consulting engagements Mark was offered full time COO or CEO positions and has also been offered similar positions with two publicly held national
franchise companies.
