About Dayspring Christian Academy
We are a private Christian school located in Mountville, PA. As a classical Christian school, we focus on rhetoric, logic, classical languages (including Greek and Latin), and literature, which empowers students to think biblically and grow as Christian citizens.
Dayspring offers classes for preschool, Kindergarten, and each grade up to high school. Each grade incudes targeted instruction, exciting learning activities, and field studies to important places like Lancaster, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, and Israel. Instructions include courses such as Bible, history, science/STEM, math, reading and literature, music, and the arts. In each course, students are encouraged to develop a biblical worldview, develop their Christian character, and improve their written and verbal skills.

Looking for a biblically-based Christian education in Lancaster, PA for your child? Consider Dayspring Christian Academy. Since 1987, we've offered families in Lancaster and York counties with a rigorous education that's steeped in character development, spiritual formation, and growth in reasoning and thinking skills.
Our classical Christian education is offered in Preschool, Kindergarten, and students up to 12th grade. Each grade includes critical thinking, learning activities, and instruction in history, science & STEM, Bible, literature, Greek & Latin, math, and the arts. Age-specific field studies include trips to Lancaster, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, and Israel.
Students are encouraged to participate in varsity and junior varsity sports. These seasonal sports include boys' soccer, girls' volleyball, boys' and girls' basketball, track & field, golf, cross country, and girls' lacrosse. Through a partnership with J.P. McCaskey High School, our high school students can also participate in public school football, baseball, softball, swimming, field hockey, tennis, bowling, and wrestling.
