Pike County Light & Power Company delivers energy to approximately 4,700 customers and natural gas to nearly 1,200 customers in northeastern Pennsylvania. We appreciate your patience as we transition from Orange & Rockland to Corning Natural Gas Holding Company ownership. For the next several months, O&R will be assisting us in our transition. During this time, O&R will continue to accept all customer payments by mail and answer all of customer service inquiries. In person payments may be made at the PCL&P office at 105 Schneider Lane. We anticipate this arrangement continuing from September, 2016 through March, 2018. We will notify all customers when the transition is complete, and looking forward to serving you!
