Since 1988, James R. Flandreau has built a regional worker's compensation practice serving Southeastern Pennsylvania, including Delaware, Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery and Berks counties.  Originally, he worked with both injured workers and employers.  He thus knows what workers' compensation insurers do to try reduce or cut off an injured worker's benefits.  He uses that knowledge to aggressively represent the rights of people who are hurt at work.
