The surgical unit is located on the first floor of WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. The unit provides preparation and recovery of patients requiring surgery, angiography, and minor medical procedures including lumbar puncture, liver biopsy, thoracentesis and some infusion services. Persons requiring admission after surgery are also processed through the unit. An experienced RN staff provides excellent care and a positive encounter for patients of all ages. Pre-admission testing for surgical services can be completed at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital and are available at many locations throughout Lebanon County.
