Brought my wife's Sienna in for inspection, winter tire swap, alignment, replacing tag light, filling washer fluid and oil change. Wife picked up vehicle after service and tire light was flashing (indicating fault in TPMS system due to likely broken sensor when swapping tires). Light was not on or flashing prior to service. Windshield washer fluid warning light was still on too. Checked paperwork and multipoint inspection sheet as well as inspection and emissions papers are missing. Called in and was told to bring vehicle back in week after service due to schedule.

While driving the van home tonight noticed oil change sticker was never updated and was pulled over for burnt out tag light. The tag light was never replaced, but tech still passed vehicle for state inspection. I was never charged for the bulb or labor so it definitely was completely missed.

Decided to double check oil and under hood fluids. Oil was definitely changed so hopefully the oil filter was changed as well. No recommendations were made for anything even though the vehicle is due for 100k coolant flush, coolant level in reservoir was low, and engine air filter is dirty.

The fact that these simple things were not recommended by the tech tells me they simply did not check any of these things even though they are included with multi point inspections.

The only reason I decided to have my wife's Sienna serviced at a Toyota dealer is because in my previous experience working at a Toyota dealership, you get what you pay for. My experience with Bennet Toyota in Lebanon and the tech that worked on my vehicle is far from that. I have two other vehicles that need serviced and inspected in the next month and they will definitely be serviced by someone else.

Will update review once TPMS issue is remedied. I will have alignment done somewhere else and replace the tag light myself.
