This is an opposing party in a contentious divorce action.

Mr. Katz has been very professional, honest, and I would definitely recommend him!

Negative reviews aren’t my thing. However this is just ridiculous. I hired Katz 3 years ago, for a custody case that I already filed for. As time went on he insisted I forfeit some of my time in favor of the mother; who was agreeing to just end the whole thing and continue what we did for 11 years without the courts. Katz reasoning was I might possibly have to forfeit time in the remaining years of our sons childhood (which was 5 years). Needless to say I dropped the case anyway, retained my 50/50 and everything’s been golden.

What receives this negative review is him avoiding my calls over the past 3 years to finish an overdue divorce which she filed during the custody battle. He advised I not sign a paper and if need be sign it a month later. 3 years pass and every few months I call to see if we can do anything. Talked to him once and I offered to pay double. He said money wasn’t an issue and would call me back. Never did. I call back, no answer, no reply. I wait it out try again in a few months and no answer, no replies, nothing. I left another voicemail saying I’d pay whatever he needs. Same old, same old.

So I’m stuck in limbo until this divorce case expires. Waiting to adopt another son from a guy that’s practically begging me to. And this review is literally my only option left. Do not hire Katz!

I have been dealing with Mr. Katz for the last couple of years. He is the most honest person I know. He will tell you what reality is and he doesn't sale you a pipe dream. I would recommend Mr. Katz to everyone.

I have been going through a three year battle for custody in York, pa. I had hired multiple attorneys who didn't do anything, they were more friendly and giving to the other party. My case to me is a little more difficult than some with the background. I posted on a page in search of an attorney pleading for help. Mr. Katz reached out to me almost immediately and set up a consultation. After speaking I knew he was the right one for my case. Let's just say the battle is finally over, and he did more than anyone has and I finally have primary custody of my child. I have this man to thank for it all and no words can describe how thankful I am. He truly is amazing and I would highly reccomend him.

Mr. Katz is a considerate, professional, knowledgeable, experienced lawyer. I have been working with him in my corner for years, and he always takes the time to listen and is able to fully deliver in the courtroom. Responds in a timely manner to phone calls and emails. Completely satisfied with his performance. Five stars.
