About Shape Up Boot Camp
Shape Up Boot Camp is owned and operated by two experienced, kick butt trainers, Ashley and Emily!
Each work-out is crafted to burn the maximum amount of calories to achieve the results you desire. Flexibility, Core, Cardio and Strength training exercises are all utilized and customizable to fit the needs of each individual.
Emily and Ashley have the knowledge, experience and dedication to help you achieve the results that you want to see. Whether it is dropping 80 lbs, toning up the muscles that you have or keeping yourself in shape… you name it, they've helped to accomplish it through others and themselves.
