The price was great however the room had bed bugs or some kind of bugs.. Then as we got on elevator after reporting it we overheard an employee saying they saw them. So rooms are being rented knowing they have bugs. Not good business at all

HORRIBLE!!! Dirty, ants crawling everywhere, mold and mildew smell in rooms everywhere and management was a nightmare. Very unprofessional and disgusting as well as disrespectful. I don't suggest anyone staying there EVER!!!

The nicest people working in a hotel that have experienced it a long time.?

Positive: breakfast was okay. staff who checked me in was phenomenal, and helped me with my needs rightaway. Negative: 1. trash can (no lid) right outside my door 2. breakfast area is too congested 3. elevator was not working properly so I had to walk to fifth floor up and down several times 4. cleanliness was a tad behind 5. could hear people walking in hallways

This hotel may not be decorated in the most current fashion trends, but the entire staff we encountered were some of the most friendly we have ever experienced. They made our stay here entirely worth it, and definitely somewhere we would stay again if we were in the area.
