Elder Connect Care was started to meet the needs of elder care providers across the country. The partners in the firm were working with elder care companies for individual projects and found that there was a need for a complete software package that addressed the specific needs of this industry.

After a few years of research and programming the software was done. However, the partners at the firm realized that it isn’t just the software that is important. It is the support. Most software companies want to sell you a product and send you on your way until they look to charge you for an upgrade. They let you talk to a human when they are trying to sell you something, but other than that, forget it. Oh and the upgrades, boy aren’t they a hefty cost.
