Needs improvement. First issue is the terrible automated phone system. Called on a Thursday night to check availability, and was told by front desk availability would be no issue and to contact reservations in the morning. Did so Friday morning, and suddenly there is zero availability towards the end of our stay. Weird, but whatever. Then we get to pricing, and oh boy is this the hardest bait and switch I've seen in a long time. Prices advertised online between $150-350 a night, confirmed Thursday night with front desk. Quoted on the phone for $600+ per night per room by reservations. Idk what kind of funny business you guys are running, but I hope you dont mind if you do so without any funding from me or my family.

TL;DR bait and switch pricing. Avoid

Positive: Proximity to our home in Portland Oregon. Negative: 1) extremely dated - I honestly felt like we were staying in an assisted living / rehab center. Chipped paint, shower felt extremely old and leaky, AC worked well but was very loud and only in the bedroom.

The rooms were out dated. The card reader doesn't work for our room. The fridge is not working either. You have access to numerous sports centres and gyms but most of them aren't big enough. Expect some crowded pools and gyms, if you decide to use their amenities.

Nothing like described on website-outdated, dirty -little tiny pool, poor customer service. Our prepaid-confirmed reservation for a room overlooking golf course was canceled due to late check. We drove 7 hrs and stayed in a dungeon in the basement intended for ADA guests (ADA should look into worldmark lodging here?) total disorganized check in and staff- not even an apology for lodge mistake - I can't say enough of about how sad this place is-makes super 8 look like a 5 star-

Beautiful resort, it was a great weekend to be here during the heat wave. Of course you're going to have your Suite quirks. Room lamp wasn't plugged into it's according plug and the lamp hand switch was missing. The shower isn't adjustable and feels like pine needles hitting your face. The spa was closed but completely understandable. Thankfully the bathroom within the room doesn't have a fan so you kind of get your own steam room that way. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The unlimited towels were a nice touch as well. Customer service is as expected and any inquiries brought to staff's attention was taken care of immediately. Everyone that my family came into contact with was very friendly and helpful in terms of giving directions around the whole resort. I work in the hospitality industry so I was very impressed with how the hotel was running while Oregon is slowly reopening post-COVID-19. I definitely see myself coming back again in due time. ?

The hallway leading to the room was dark and dim. The first thing we noticed was the dust on the headboard of the bed. Our room just did not feel clean. Well... we went to get into bed and our sheets were dirty. Eww. There was obvious purple juice stains on white sheets and also a darker substance on the sheets. GROSS. We called the front desk (mind you we are all getting ready to sleep). We were told this has been an issue for them. Wait... what. The staff member came to our room and said , yep those have definitely not be changed. Just gross. So at 1130 pm we had to pack up all of our belongings and move to another room. Which he inspected with us. It was clean... on the surface. While packing up to check out at the end of our stay, I always look under the bed to insure we didn't leave anything. Well there were potato chips, we did not eat potato chips. Won't be staying here again.
Outside facilities were beautiful but the rooms are very outdated and obviously not cleaned well at all.

Positive: Location Negative: Room was dated and uncomfortable. Marketing showed pictures of rooms in better condition. Walls and floors were thin. I could hear people talking and walking on all sides. If you want a good night sleep, don't stay here.

This hotel is overpriced for whaT it is. Our room was totally misrepresented when we booked. They blamed it on the third party, but the third party said everything they used to inform us on room was provided directly from property. Even when you try to book directly from eagle crest website, they don't make it easy to understand that there is a "new lodge" and other condos etc vs the "old lodge". We got stuck in a very ugly, suite in the old lodge. I asked to upgrade to the new when we got there and seen the lacking room, but as we assumed, it was too late and everything was booked out since it was it was Spring break. Our room did not have a jet spa bath tub as pictured nor a stovetop. The pictures I had booked with under an impression I'd be getting that room were from the newer lodge. The carpet and curtains are from the eighties it seems like very unappealing and dirty from years of use. There was a very uninviting shower with only one side glasses and no door. It was impossible to bath my toddler. You have to stand in the shower and get wet with freezing cold water every time you turn on.

The front desk was not accommodating and kept blaming the false advertising on the third app. They wouldn't discount us at all for the mishap. Although like I said, the third party we app used said they got all info from property themselves. The manager insulted my wallet with two $20 gift cards to their restaurant.

When I tried to use them their restaurant said they were closed Mondays and Tuesday. Why??? That wasn't very helpful when you book at a resort for a week. When Wednesday came around we called again and they said they weren't open until after 4. When we called after 4 the NEXT day they didn't have items on their menu.

I understand things to be closed due to covid, but it's much more than that. This place is very unorganized and I know lots of other agree. Please don't book here there are other hotels for a lot cheaper locally that are so much more helpful and beautiful. No one cleaned our room it was hard to find a vacuum and garbage bags to clean it up ourselves.

No one checked on us and in our weeks stay we ran out of toilet paper and they didn't even provide a sponge and soap to wash the dishes. They only provide one plate and bowl. I had to spend a lot of money out of pocket to make it work in the room for the week with my family. I bought all new toiletries etc because the front desk was just so I accommodating and I knowledgeable every time I called or came up to them.

The cafe in the morning was always closed early due to grill issues etc. just seems like a common theme around the very unorganized, outdated resort and hotel. Don't let them use covid as an excuse. I seen several families check out days early because they too left to book somewhere else that would be worth their money. It's so drabby in the halls etc.

I even heard a client tell them they were leaving immediately after check in because their room was dirty and had left over food etc from the last people. Front desk wouldn't even refund them they said they still has to charge for the first night! The Audacity! Our room also had no cleaning supplies and did not smell to be disinfected to "COVID " CDC standards.

Absolutely hate this place. I own a company so money wasn't the issue but I still like my dollars well spent.
