Manual therapy: Osteopathic and muscle energy techniques, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, visceral manipulation, kineseotaping, augmented soft tissue mobilization.
Movement awareness, muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, and postural retraining.
Individualized therapeutic exercise: Development of a home program to address functional goals. Exercise with foundations in yoga, pilates, muscle length/ strength relationship and developing balance within the body.
Movement analysis, body mechanics and work-specific ergonomics.
