About HDE Home Care

HDE Home Care, LLC was founded in Portland, OR in 2009 and became state-licensed to operate as an in home care agency in May 2010. Our management team is based in Tigard, OR and we serve 6 counties in NW Oregon. We are very proud to be family-owned and operated since our inception.

There are two primary populations we serve at HDE: seniors who are aging in place and people with developmental disabilities who need assistance to remain at home or improve their current living environments.
