Holiday Inn Express Ontario

Hotel was clean enough and the facilities were fine but the walls are paper thin and it was SO LOUD. People were yelling and running around and watching TV at max volume. One of the worst stays ever just because there is ZERO sound proofing between rooms.

Cindy at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was modern and clean.

It wasn't bad, the place was nice the room was great, but the staff were not so professional. I think they need to train their staff better. If they can do this I promise they would get more business.

We needed to stay last minute due to the weather. It was a great hotel. It was quite, clean and affordable. We figured with it being In December it might be a little expensive. The room was clean and very accommodating. We asked for a crib and it was perfect! The beds were comfy and over all it was a great last minute stay.

We booked with their corporate office and it left us feeling frustrated and uneasy. They were pushy, not helpful, quoted incorrect fees, etc. The hotel experience was the furthest thing from that experience. The local team was PHENOMENAL. Clean, spacious, bright, and EASY. The front desk gal was so sweet and helped us get everything squared away with payment and with our dog. She was thoughtful and thorough. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone, but especially traveling with a dog. I have dog allergies (ours is a poodle) and so traveling is hard when we have to stay at pet friendly hotels. But this was so clean. My allergies didn't act up and it felt like we were in a normal hotel room.

I screwed up the booking and the attendant seemed annoyed when she said "this is something that we need to know. " She could have been more professional.

The room was clean and comfortable but so much traffic noise all night that it was hard to sleep.

The room was clean, comfortable with the added amenities of the pool, gym, spa, and complimentary breakfast. A definite place to stop and sleep on a cross country adventure.
