Our philosophy at Cooper Mountain Vineyards is to craft authentic wines with minimalistic intervention while respecting the soils they originate from. In 1978 we first planted pinot Noir and chardonnay vines. Today we farms 123 acres scattered throughout the Northern Willamette Valley, gaining organic certification in 1995 and biodynamic Demeter certification in 1999. We strive not to make wine for the masses, but rather those seeking wines that have soul. Our philosophy is simple, wine is memory of land.
