Infinity Dance and Wellness

Infinity Dance and Wellness is all about a new way of getting fit all while having fun!
Who says working out has to be boring and routine, through a variety of dance/fitness classes, such as Boot Camp, Cardio Striptease, Hip Hop, Pole Fitness, and many other, we offer women a place to get in shape, increase flexibility and strength, feel amazing inside and out, or maintain those beautiful curves in a more exciting workout routine.
It is our goal to give you a fun, alternative form of exercise through some of the most effective and innovative ways of teaching to create an overall sense of fitness.
We also offer classes for men looking for something new to add to their workout routine through Boot Camp, Hip Hop and even our Pole Boot Camp classes.
Infinity Dance and Wellness is the inspiration of Columbus native Valerie Schrader. Valerie has been teaching dance for several years and been a dancer for over 20 years in addition to having a fitness background. Because of her unique background Valerie understands both the physical and emotional benefits of dance. Dance both allows you increase flexibility, stamina and shed pounds but most importantly allows for self expression and to become comfortable in your own skin. It is Valerie’s goal that each and every student who walks through her door not only feels a sense of physical accomplishment but also learns to love themselves from head to toe!
