This visit was my 1st one ever to Marietta, OH. This hotel was priced right, very clean and the staff was so friendly. The rooms were very clean (which doesn't always happen) and very comfortable. I don't usually sleep well, even at home, and I fell right to sleep with the bed and pillows!! Kudos to the staff at this hotel! This will definitely be my "go to" whenever I go to Marietta!!

This is a fairly new Hotel. The amenities left a lot to be desired.
The staff was friendly enough but the breakfast that was offered was terrible, even worse the second day. I only stay at the Holiday Inn Express during business travel for the point system. This was a personal trip with my wife for relaxation. She was disappointed to say the least. They was not doing daily room service and we were okay with that. I really think management needs to look at the breakfast situation because at all my stays there has been issues.

Great staff. Double checked room reserved against preferences on profile. They wanted to be sure I had what I needed.

Facility is located within close proximity to the highway local chain restaurants and University. Accommodations are extremely new and in great condition. This is the cleanest holiday inn express We have stayed in. Late check out was granted Without any questions.

We had one issue with noise transmission through the adjoining wall. The room next-door was playing music or video games fairly loud and we could hear it the entire time. We mentioned it to the front staff and said if it got too late we would call and they agreed they would take care of it. Thankfully it did not come to that. But the hotel should consider sound insulating the walls better.
I was not recognized or greeted as a priority club platinum member at checkin. Not a huge deal, But still should be done.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend you to also

Awesome all around. Made for a great place to relax and reload for the next day. Quite and comfortable for a get away from work. Love the time I spent there.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly service at a fair price. Would stay here again.

I stayed here with my son, cousin and Aunt. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Very clean and feels newer. Enjoyed the television selections and bed was very comfortable.
