This hotel was not up to par for a holiday inn. I was very displeased with how the place looked, the restaurant, the overall service. The place looked dirty, the walls, the carpet. I had mold on the underside of my ice bucket lid! The door was open via the door lock above when I arrived, very odd. My door would not stay locked and would open without a key. The doors are so loud you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms and I could hear everyone above me. The restaurant was food put on a microwave heated up. This is horrible. Where are the days of great hotel service!!?? The pool was closed, which was the reason I booked the hotel, it did not mention it on the holiday inn website.

Positive: Generally Clean and good location. Negative: Had a restaurant but no staff to run it. No complimentary Breakfast

our second stay at this hotel! Excellent location and convenient to ONU in Ada.

Positive: Convenience and availability. Negative: Pool wasn't open. No continental breakfast.

Bed was comfortable but high off of the ground. The rug and headboards were dirty. The heat smelled burnt.

Positive: beautiful motel and conveniently located for my particular needs. room was spacious and perfect for us. I had my 4 grandkids for the night and they wanted to swim. The motel is only 2 miles from my home and I booked it for the indoor pool. however... Negative: we arrived, went to our room and put on swimsuits. Upon asking where the pool was located, we were informed that the pool was closed due to a filtering problem. This being the sole purpose for the visit, we were NOT HAPPY

Bathrooms and hallways were not cleaned. Housekeeping not available. Staff eating at front desk area.
