Mr. Roof Cincinnati

People are great , but the guys that do the work , suck. They had to redo the sidling they put up. ,And even the second time is not a good job . Nails and trash they left I had to pick upthey will not finish the job.i would never use or have any one use them

The crew from Mr Roof did my whole house and roof on the center section of my barn/garage in one day. They used Owens Corning shingles and underlayment and did a fantastic job.
I couldn't be happier with the quality job that was done for me and took care of coordinating with me insurance company too.
Hire Mr. Roof with confidence. You won't be disappointed!!

I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience has been terrible. If I could leave no stars I would. From the start my sales person Kyle would not respond to me even after I called the main office several times. Finally I asked for a new sales person and Victor was able to get my roof scheduled and it was finally completed. Now I have a bill but they never came out to inspect the roof after completion as promised. I've contacted my new sales person and the office and nothing but crickets. I want to pay the bill but the job has not been completed and I've called their main office who then promised a call back and it's been over a week. Do not use this company. The amount of time I've had to wasted just simply due to lack of response has been ridiculous. Mr. Roof, you will get your money when you finish the job.

Thank you for your very delayed response. I reached out to the main office and someone came last Tuesday and inspected. They were supposed to follow up with me last Wednesday. Still crickets.

It's been two weeks. Still no one has contacted me.

Had some chimney repairs done in August and noticed that the tuck pointing I paid for was not completed. I called and told them and they said they would send someone out that weekend. They never showed. Told them they never showed and said they would be there Monday. Never showed again… called again. They said they would be here today. Guess what never showed. I’m in no rush to have this completed but if you’re going to tell someone you will be there then please be there.
