Inspired by the boutique hotel industry, The Benchmark offers a sense of luxury you can afford. An eco-friendly community, The Benchmark is re-using land in a dense, efficient manner. Old timbers were salvaged from the demolition of the former Benchmark building and will be re-purposed in the new project. Other sustainable design elements include environmentally friendly building materials, high efficiency mechanical systems, locally sourced materials, a low-water landscape plan, and a chemical-friendly saltwater pool.

The former Benchmark building was associated with design innovation of its time. The new Benchmark brings a modern approach to the architecture and philosophy of residential living.
