I hope I never have to change my rating, but I for now; a 5 STAR; I have had 3 stops (unfortunately) in the past month or two for my computer, from the hard drive to the OS, to a new battery, to the famous, "plugged in, not charging" phenom! Not only were the issues repaired, the charges fair & the people polite, Ben even delivered my computer to my home after completing work on it post 10pm, due to my flying out for work early am the next morning. Ben, if you end up with a "Drop off, Pick up" service that makes it big, I only want 5%! lolReport
