Â With a background in photojournalism, Stephen Cutri captures children and weddings with equal passion. Cutri Photo Arts started in 2002 and uses techniques the Stephen has learned as a documentary photographer in the portrait and wedding photography markets. Has failed to deliver fully paid for, promised photos and wedding albums to numerous people, including for my daughter's wedding. Has had a couple of negative articles written about him failing to deliver in the Plain Dealer. His rating at the Better Business Bureau is an "F". He even has negative postings on his Facebook pages about people trying to reach him to obtain their wedding albums.Report
