I liked the price! The customer service was not good. When I walked in I was greeted and my insurance information was taken. After taking my information the person said that she had to go check on my insurance. After that the person stayed behind the counter and didn't even offer to help me until I asked her to help me. My glasses were ready 2 days later which was nice. When I went to pickup my glasses were later the person didn't even offer to adjust them, the person went to wait on another person.

Very professional. Went above and beyond! Will never go anywhere else!

Very disappointing results. The basic eye exam was okay. The frame selection for average sizes was fine, but only a limited selection of wide frames. Purchased progressive lenses based on recommendation of Tech, but they were awful. Could only see clearly when looking straight at subject; peripheral blurry. Also, progressive part was too high in lens as interfered with vision watching TV. Returned glasses and Tech then advised those are common problems with those progressives. Only other options were lined bifocals or just for distance. Remade for distance but used heavier material so they are not as comfortable. Even with insurance, glasses cost well more than advertised special and they refused to refund any money that I paid for progressives (which were returned).

The staff was very helpful and friendly, however they we short staffed and had to wait considerably. On a bright note they said their machine was down and wouldn't be fix till the next day, but by the time I was done eating and shopping my glasses were done, despite the possible delay.

Customer service was great, couldn't ask for better. Service was faster than expected too

Lenses scratched in less than a month, even though I had anti-scratch coating applied. What's more, I've been cleaning my glasses as instructed the entire time (glass cleaner and microfiber cloth).

Retail people make you feel like family and have nothing but great things to say about the lab, very overbooked store but they try their best. Highly recommended.
