Shape Mobile is an impressive 200-square-foot fitness studio on wheels that comes to you, whether you're at home, at your office, or anywhere you need us to be. You actually work out inside the truck, but whenever the weather permits, we can incorporate outdoor routines into your exercise regimin as well.

A mobile gym is pretty noteworthy, but here's the best part … It's driven by Timothy Bridgers, one of Wilmington's top personal trainers! That's right, we show up…and all you have to do is get in. No more traffic, makeup, time constraints, and …No more excuses. It's private…and it's all yours. You control the thermostat, the tunes and the television. Need us to come to your office? We're there. Need a nutritional program? Done. Want to workout with a friend and split the expense? No problem. The bottom line: You set your goals…we deliver the results.

Shape Studio is our newly-opened personal training facility on Gordon Road near Market Street. The space boasts Wilmington's only TRX cage and the largest, most open functional training space in the area. Join us for one-on-one, double, or triple sessions with our top-notch nationally certified personal trainers. While we do not offer general memberships, we don't require long-term personal training commitments. We design our fitness programs and nutritional guidance to address your individual needs.
