Tai and Associates was founded in 1981. When Matthew Ryan achieved partner status in 2004, the name was changed to Tai and Associates, PLLC. Matthew became president after Danny Tai's retirement in 2010. We are a professional Geotechnical engineering firm providing subsurface exploration and the related consulting services to owners or other professionals such as architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, construction teams and other special contractors. We are highly experienced and have worked on over 1,500 projects throughout the southeastern United States in the past ten years.
