One of the first changes made was the inclusion of a specialized real estate sales division- a peculiar concept to some, given the current market environment, but one deliberately planned and thoughtfully implemented. Ensuing months have brought on additional maintenance personnel, increased administrative staff catering to homeowner acquisition, and detailed plans for the reorganization of the housekeeping, maintenance, and pools & spas divisions. Guided by a shared company vision and strengthened through long-standing business relationships, the Élan team has formed a solid foundation for rapid success and sustained growth.
