The toilet overflowed at about 10:15 and at 11:00pm we were asked to move rooms. I had been in town for a doctors visit and was staying one more night to rest and recover. The toilet has been sluggish the whole stay. The gentlemen they sent to fix it tried all he knew to do and from the way it s sounded he was really putting in work. It was determined the problem was in the main line so we would have to get up and pack, while feeling less than well, and move rooms. After packing all of our belongings we were brought a key. I looked at my phone it was exactly 11:00pm If things Had gone like this and we were offered any apologies or compensation it would've been easier to deal with. We weren't compensated in any way for packing up and moving at 11:00 pm.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Greensboro. Staff was helpful and friendly

Very well appointed and clean room. The beds were wonderful, very comfortable. Good to have the refrigerator and coffee,/tea maker. Great views of downtown Greensboro. We had a banquet dinner for 170 people and the wait staff were incredibly efficient serving everyone at the same time. They did a really nice appetizer bar prior to the dinner. We had dinner at the pub the night before. I highly recommend the quinoa kale salad with the baked salmon. A good safe parking garage right next door. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Celebrated with family & friends @ a cousin's wedding. Everything was absolutely exquisite from the ceremony to the reception!!! The food was delicious with impeccable service!!! It was even special to spend time with family & friends!!!

Beautiful rooms and facility. Easy parking and access to downtown. Friendly staff and knowledgeable.

Very classy, good service. Parking area is clean, but you have to park across the street from the hotel and there's no crosswalk
