We offer a large variety of martial arts and internal martial arts classes. You can learn Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, Shaolin Kung Fu and Shuai Chiao (Chinese grappling). Our children's martial arts program is not just a recreational activity, but an educational and developmental program to teach your child self-confidence, respect for others, improve their focus, and overcome shyness.
