"Do not go to this dentist. They may have a fantastic looking office geared toward children but, they told me my 3yr old had 8 cavities when I took him to my own dentist. He didn't have single cavity. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! BEWARE!!!!! "

"My stimulus check last year went here. Two "cavities" which took 5 minutes to fill??? cost $550! The "amenities" are not worth this. I felt like I had been robbed! "

"This practice definitely does not : "Here at Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry we know how to create lasting impressions. With our knowlegeable, fun and entertaining staff..." What IS true is that their front desk staff is very rude and short tempered,(especially when trying to change an appointment, please don't do that) they have zero customer service. This is NOT the best moment for a Dentist to afford terrible customer serviced front desk staff. "
