About AmeriKick Martial Arts

Developed in the 1950's, the Amerikick System is based on the combination of the Chinese and Japanese Arts. Our martial arts training has been updated for the self-defense of American's today. AmeriKick's unique blend of Kenpo techniques, Tae Kwon Do's kicks, Ju-Jit-Su's joint locks and take-downs, along with the modern philosophies, theories, and styles, makes The Amerikick System the most practical self-defense program available today.

It's Great for Kids!

Martial Arts is good, clean fun for kids and a great way to give your child a head start in life. At AmeriKick your child will learn the positive benefits of developing self-discipline and confidence while increasing strength, stamina, and flexibility. Your child will also develop the ability to listen, learn, and achieve since the structure of respect is built into all our Martial Arts programs.
In addition, AmeriKick's unique "Character Development Program" teaches common sense as well as self-defense. By developing psychosocial skills along with physical skills, we work to provide happy, healthy, and confident children.

I joined AmeriKick in Staten Island a month ago, and I couldn't have asked for a better kickboxing class. The workouts are intense and nothing like running on the treadmill. I love how Sensei Vlad drills the students and still comes around to correct or help people who don't quite understand. This kickboxing class is a great way to get in shape and even better way to release any anger or stress on the bag.
