Raymour & Flanigan Furniture: Orchard Park

I've called & stopped in at the O.P. Store at least 12 x to complain about my couch I purchased. Spoke to Noreen several times, said she would get back to me, never does. Was told my couch was under warranty, had to give #'s off the tag on the couch. I did, and then was told they were sending me new cushions & when they arrive I can pick them up. Noreen & an elderly lady told me they were shipped Feb 15th,2010. That was a month ago and still no call. What do I have to do to get my cushions. Paid over $1000 for the couch. The other chairs, & ottaman look great. The couch looks like its 10 years old and no support from the cushions. Could someone call me.
