Holiday Inn Niagara Falls

If you plan on staying at this Holiday inn as well as any other holiday inn or for that matter, any hotel you should check out the booking sites and not just one check them all out. Me and my fiance we're able to get a room for $64 that would have cost over $100 had we paid at the desk. One side of the hotel faces the blighted city that it's in and the opposite side faces towards the river and waterfall.

Roaches in the TV stand. Manager trying to blame us for not calling front desk at 2am to fix heater. Had to heat room with hot shower running/steaming room. Couldn't comp room. Over piced connecting restaurant.

The room was perfect. It provides the best coffee maker and the view of my room is fantastic. I can see the falls from the big window. The breakfast is great as well. The staff are helpful and I do feel welcomed there

It's the only IHG hotel out of thousands I've stayed at that charges Spire Elite Members for early check-in.
Definitely not bringing my 12 person group here again in the Spring ???

Guy with big keys needs a raise for dealing with Karen at your hotel. Please make sure he gets one!

I had a good experience, very well serviced, clean and cozy room, great breakfast, and best of all a very cheap price!!
