Our chef, Ben Root, graduated the Institute Of Culinary Education and has been working in the food industry for the last 9 years. He started working in New York City and since then he has been working in different restaurants around the world. Ben put the passion he has for food into each dish caring for each ingredient and he specializes in healthy organic cooking with emphasis on French, Mediterranean, Spanish and Latin cuisine.
