let me tell you something, evan - you and cristian are like manna from heaven! ;-) i moved to nyc a couple of years ago and since then i have had pretty much nothing but trouble with any and all workmen who have come into my flat... it's been so ridiculous! either they don't know how to keep appointments or they don't know what they're doing... it's always something... cristian was prompt, knowledgeable, organized, respectful and efficient.Report
