Please save yourself from the experience we had and do NOT hire this contractor. We signed an agreement with him in January of 2011 and by October he still had not even STARTED the construction. He finally set a start date and then called a week before to say he could not do the work. So he kept us waiting for 8 whole months and then bailed on us at the last minute. I wouldn't recommend him to anyoneReport
