Holiday Inn Mt. Kisco (Westchester County)

Basically what is to be expected at a Holiday Inn, but the Staff were all very nice and helpful. Far nicer and competent than some of the Holiday Inns I have stayed at in the past.
Good location for our needs and aside from an outdated bathroom, all else were fine.

We are glad the Mt. Kisco Holiday Inn has updated its rooms, so now when we stay in a room on the 2nd floor, we are satisfied with the accommodations. The bed, pillows and blanket are excellent, making for a cozy sleep. The front desk is friendly and helpful. I was concerned that the hallway noise would wake us up at night, however, because there is a noticeable gap between the door and the wall. Whenever people walked by talking to each other, we could hear them clearly and loudly. Luckily it was a quiet night, but this must be fixed. Otherwise, we were glad we stayed at the Holiday Inn.

This is a really clean and comfortable place. I had everything I needed for my stay. The cucumber water in the lobby is a nice touch!

Nice place to stay but I wouldn't do it for an extended visit. You do not get the best value for your money. Please stay overnight after a sweet 16 and the room was nice but the beds were a bit creaky and not as good as other hotels. They did not have a lot in there on site store and they didn't take cash which was a bit of a hassle. It was 12:00 a.m. and we wanted sodas and it was very limited. Also, the room only one area for USB ports which is very inconvenient. There were four of us and it was hard for us to charge our devices. Sounds like a small thing but that is important when you are traveling. Also, for the price we paid for the room it was annoying that breakfast wasn't included. Yes we could have paid more to include the breakfast but we already paid a high price. Also, the hallways could use a renovation, the red color was jarring and it looked outdated.

Best hotel if you need to be by any Westchester hospital. Restaurant on site was great!

We were just there for an overnight but felt that the service and cleanliness of the hotel was very good

Everything was fine, comfortable, hotel had low occupancy and we could of used a room upgrade being platinum members

Good location with easy access. Friendly staff. We come back each year for family gathering and hotel has been consistent in service quality.
