Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Albuquerque-North I-25

Room Clean, mattresses was undercomformable, breakfast pay for.

We don't travel as much as we used to due the recent pandemic, but everytime we stay at Holiday Inn in Albuquerque, it's always consistent and enjoyable each time we stay. Even though the pool water slide was closed, our family of 4 still enjoyed time at the pool. When it came to relaxing, we all loved how comfortable the beds and how quiet the room was during the evening. All staff interactions were friendly and professional, and impressed as always.

I always stay here. My child likes the water slide and the rooms are always comfortable. Also, the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Its near almost every place you want go to. The movie theater is across the way and there are more than 5 restaurants you can choose from. Great location.

I am starting to travel again for work. I drove 12 hours to finally arrive at this location. I was looking forward to a good nights sleep. The beds were hard as a rock. I would of been better off sleeping in my truck. It was truly disappointing. This is a first for me. Usually Holiday Inn (IHG) properties have good comfortable beds. This was obviously not the case here. If you are wanting a nice comfortable bed DO NOT stay here. I will say the cleanliness of the room was good.

Nice clean place and friendly staff

The reception charged two different rates for the same type room with one rate being higher than what I originally booked. He didn't know how to work the system and said he hadn't received "that part of the training". He was rude and quite abrasive with other customers and myself.

Only stayed here for the IHG rewards. The neighboring Drury hotel provides free breakfast and dinner with alcohol for nearly the same price of staying here.

Very noisy room; too close to highway and/or poor insulation and bad windows. Dirty coffee machine in room. No free water bottles, tea, or coffee offered anymore. Reported dirty coffee machine in the room; they did not fix it or bring a new one. Staff and hotel guests not wearing masks. Shower drained too slowly and was dirty. I am sorry I wasted member points on this hotel!
