Avalon Tinton Falls Apartments

"Love my new place! I have been here since the summer and I really am enjoying it! My apartment has a large washer and dryer, gas oven and tons of cabinet space. The neighbors I have met so far are very nice. There isn't a train within walking distance but the Garden State Parkway is less than 1/2 mile away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some issues when I first moved in because my movers were late and arrived well after the office was closed. The woman from the office who dealt with me, waited with me until the movers showed up to make sure I was settled. I definitely didn't expect that! I am paying a little more than other 1 bedroom apartments in this area but so far it has been well worth it! "
