Das Pilates is dedicated to teaching the original work of Joseph H. Pilates. All Das Pilates instructors are certified by Romanas Pilates . Romana Kryzanowska is the heir to the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates. Das Pilates is a fully equipped studio we use Gratz-manufactured apparatus, the original manufacturer of Joseph Pilates' equipment. Das Pilates will design a Pilates program tailored to each persons personal needs and will work one on one with each person to achieve optimum results.

The PIlates Center offers private and semi-private instruction as this is the way Joseph Pilates taught his Method. Emphasis is on quality and proper form and our hands on approach ensures the client learns safely and correctly to get the most out of the sessions.
