The Madison Community House (MCH) is a service and recreational facility owned, operated, and maintained by the G.F.W.C. Thursday Morning Club (TMC). It is the only Federated Women's Club in the country to have this distinction. It was built in 1924 with a bequest from Mary B. Cash, a club member, eighteen years after the Thursday Morning Club embarked on a mission of service and aid to the community. Sources of funding include: program and user fees; fundraising activities; donations from TMC Club members, local grants, community groups and the Borough of Madison; and hundreds of volunteers donating time and talent.
