About Brian Silverman DMD

Brian Silverman, DMD, FACD, received his B.A. degree in psychology from West Chester State College and master's degree from Bryn Mawr College, Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. He received his DMD degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University with honors in pediatric and restorative dentistry, election into Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society, and was awarded the prize for graduate of distinction from the American College of Dentists (ACD).

Dr. Silverman completed the General Practice Residency in Dentistry at Overlook Medical Center, then joined the teaching faculty and became director in 1994. Dr. Silverman was honored by election to fellowship in the American College of Dentists, a distinction bestowed on fewer than 3 1/2% of dentists in the United States.

As a parent of an adult autistic son, Dr. Silverman is particularly sensitive to concerns of apprehensive patients as well as those with special concerns and needs.
