Havenwood Heritage Heights is a not-for-profit, faith-based, New Hampshire Continuing Care Retirement Community providing a continuum of healthcare services and long-term care in Concord, New Hampshire. We are the largest of only three accredited Continuing Care Retirement Communities in New Hampshire. Residents of varying backgrounds live together at Havenwood Heritage Heights in an atmosphere of independence and dignity with a common bond of companionship and a sense of community. We are a CCRC enriched by the diversity of its members, living together in a spirit of mutual respect and acceptance. We offer services, facilities and programs that are meaningful, promote well-being, and meet the environmental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of seniors age 62 and above. Our New Hampshire CCRC offers independent living, assisted living and a high level of nursing care. Heritage Heights, our second and larger campus, is located on 35 scenic acres with a bluff overlooking the Merrimack River Valley. The Barrows Activity Center is the social hub of Heritage Heights, with several dining options and amenities including a library, game room and arts and crafts studios. As with our Havenwood Campus, you can choose from a wide variety of studio, one, two and three-bedroom cottages nestled among gardens, trees and walking paths. We're also building 34 new cottages in the North End of Heritage Heights, and you won't want to miss the opportunity to make one of them yours!
