"Check with the Better Business Bureau (of which they are not a member) before dealing with this company! They receive an "F" from the BBB.
Horrible communication, poor services, shady dealings, foggy financials and repeated major misrepresentations. Our Association fired this company, and we are still cleaning-up their negligent record-keeping and uncovering problems. Evergreen Management and our manager Jeff Robinson was a barrier to our Associations' progress for 3 years. Firing Evergreen was the smartest move we ever made!
Believe me when I say STAY AWAY! "
