This company was disappointment. They have no regard for the clients of the homes they manage or the tenants that rent them. It has been nothing but a nightmare since the day we signed our lease with them. Promises not met and the ball dropped on every occasion. I gave them many opportunities to remedy issues that need to be fixed with the property and every opportunity was missed on their behalf. The only time they started to show remote interest when I threatened to move out if the work that was promised and noted in our lease terms was not completed. At that point they sent over a contractor that did the bare minimum to try and meet the requirements of our lease term. After a heated discussion with Jean the owner of the property management co this morning I was informed that just because the contractors they use are licensed doesn t mean they will do a good job. I m not sure about you but for me that tells me they are aware they hire incompetent people to complete work on the properties they manage. I am disgusted by their lack of regard to their clients. They bad mouthed the owner of the property we are renting on numerous occasions and passed the blame of work not being completed on her. I will never use this company again and will be breaking our lease due to the fact they have failed to follow through on their promises of work that was to be done to this property.
