I own some rental homes in Vegas that have been serviced by Air Pro for many years now. Service is excellent and they always do good work.

I called Air Pro Masters after seeing a special advertised in the paper. They gave me a 2-hour window when the tech would arrive and he arrived within 15 minutes of that window. The service was for our secondary AC unit that is for a 2-room addition to our home. The coils & blower needed to be removed and cleaned since the original installer (different company) failed to install a filter and he had the drainpipe blocking access to install a filter! The technician re-routed the drainpipe after cleaning the blower and coils thoroughly. The technician was here for about 5 hours staying late into the night to get the job done. Glad my problem has been taken care of.

I've used Air Pro Masters for years. We have the service plan, so a tech comes out in the spring and again in the fall just to be sure the system is safe and ready when needed. We've never had an issue. Years ago they also installed a heat pump for us and that has proven to be a great investment for our home. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable and have always on time. I recommend Air Pro Masters to anyone.
