Holiday Inn Express Carson City

Got eaten up by bedbugs at this Holiday Inn. A manager whose not employed there anymore promised to make it right next time I was in town so I deleted the poorly rated review I left. Current manager will not honor what previous manager proposed and also speaks to customers like they are lying and offered no empathy or apology for the poor experience I had. So for the benefit of upcoming guests do NOT stay here. Not only do you run the risk of getting eaten up by bedbugs but you'll have a rude manager who doesn't trust you telling you they don't care.

Pet friendly with easy access to potty spot, clean rooms, great customer service.

Great service by front desk who went beyond the mark to be of help to me.

Upon arrival after having a medical procedure we were given a room…the room was not cleaned so we had to go back to front desk. That extra step was hard on my spouse who had just been released from hospital and needed to rest. The front desk was apologetic and gave us a new room. The carpet definitely needed cleaning. The bed was a bit too soft in my opinion.

I like the Amenities they had to offer also one of the better breakfast I've seen in a long time. Front desk was kind and courteous and the staff serving breakfast was awesome.

The breakfast at this hotel has gotten so much better! It is nice to see that they are serving breakfast again.
Our stay was nice, it was comfortable. They are still not cleaning the rooms on the regular basis and the carpet under the bed and next to the fridge was not clean at our arrival. Otherwise a good stay.

We stayed in Holiday Inn Express in Carson City, Fallon and Winnemucca and Carson City was the best of the bunch

Overall good stay, a few minor issues, it was better the last time. Will be staying here at least 4-5 times a year for the foreseeable future.

We've stayed here twice now. Like here. Could be a little creeper
