Krystal did an amazing job. I had extra product left over and she guided me where I could use a little in places that bothered me, but was unaware I could use it there. She really took her time and I appreciate that.

Kohll’s has been my go-to for all my cosmetic needs for over 8 years; even after moving almost 2 hours away. Believe me when I say that I have tried other places for Botox/fillers and none compare! All the ladies are awesome but I especially love McKayla!

I am so thankful I was referred to Michaela a couple of years ago. She is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the options available to me. There are so many types of resurfacing procedures to choose from and I trust her to safely steer me in the right direction to make an informed decision. Michaela always makes me feel comfortable and I trust her completely. My appointments are always on time and the office staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this business.

I’ve been going to Jessica for Juvederm and I am so excited I found her! She by far does the best job and I have always left very happy with the outcome! After a few less than ideal experiences at other MedSpas, it’s so nice to have found someone who listens to what I am looking for and takes her time to ensure my filler turns out exactly like I need it to be! No lumps or awkward surface placement. Yay! The staff overall has always been super pleasant and helpful. Thanks for everything- I appreciate you all!

Regretably, I came here for lip filler (my first time) in March 2021, and had a horrible outcome. The provider was very nice, but she ultimately injected my Juvaderm into the wrong tissue plane of my lips, giving me an unsightly and uncomfortable outcome. All of the filler was on the inside of my lips, up against my teeth and gums, particularly in my top lip. This meant I didn't have much appreciable volume, except from the lips being pushed out from the inside, and the worst part of the whole ordeal: my inner lip was pushed out during speech and smiling, which was both uncomfortable and unsightly. The inside of my top lip would curl out, and my lips looked lumpy, wiggly, and droopy, like cat lips, obscuring and completely altering my smile. My bottom lip was also very uneven, and had two very large knots of filler that never softened.

I could tell within a couple of days of injection that something was wrong, and called for a follow-up appointment, as I was in town for work, but would be leaving shortly after the two week recovery mark. I tried calling several times in the morning and afternoon to make the follow-up appointment, but never got an answer, so I sent and email and had to leave a voicemail, then heard back via voicemail. The provider did call me directly to try to reassure me and soothe my concerns, but my results were still not good, so I went to the follow-up. During this appointment, I was told that hyaluronidase was only used in case of vascular injection of filler, and was told to massage my lips. I was made to feel that I was being too particular, and that my lips were so small prior to injection, that the poor result couldn't have been avoided. I did massage my lips as instructed for a couple of days, but this served only to irritate my lips and make them more swollen, exacerbating the issue.

Ultimately, I had to see a plastic surgeon back home for several appointments to have the misplaced filler dissolved, and new filler put in. The original injections were done ten weeks before my wedding, so I needed the issue fixed so I would not look bizarre in my wedding photos. This process cost me many times the amount of the original filler injections, and I wish I would have never gone to this clinic, and it cost me a lot of stress, pain, and money to fix their work. The provider I saw was thankfully able to correct my lips over many sessions, but told me that PMC had used poor technique, and that she had never seen such misplaced lip filler before.

Perhaps this clinic is fine for skin treatments and Botox, but I would caution anyone who is considering getting dermal fillers to go elsewhere. I wish I had.

I get my Botox at PMC and have always had a amazing experience. I just got fillers for the first time there last week and she did exactly what I wanted without making my lips look fake. I will never go anywhere else!
