Our vision at Primal Practice is to lead a tribe to create a movement of healthier, happier humans. To do this we want to be at the forefront of the wellness movement in Missoula. This involves educating the masses on why nutrition, exercise, positive self-talk and a healthy brain-body connection (chiropractic) are the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Through education and subsequent action our children can grow up in a community that puts their health and wellness first, our family and friends will challenge the notion of ‘life-long' medication, and the norm will be living a vital and inspired life.
