Hank Schwetye, the principal attorney, has been practicing law within Franklin County, Missouri for more than 35 years. He formerly served as the Assistant Prosecutor for Franklin County, and since leaving that position has been exclusively in private practice. Initially, in private practice, Hank represented insurance companies. For the past 25 years, Hank has devoted his practice to private clients, with a focus on personal injury, workers compensation, and general criminal and civil litigation.
Hank has been very successful and enjoys a good reputation, accepting referrals from lawyers both in and out of state. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University, and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1973. Hank has resided in Franklin and St. Louis Counties for his entire life, and has three children who are now outstanding adults. He attended high school in St. Louis and graduated from Saint Louis University High.
Hank is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Franklin County Bar Association, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
