Holiday Inn Express Springfield-Medical District

It was easy to fall asleep, I could not here other guest in the hotel. I was surprised there was actually trash bags in the trash cans. I stayed at other hotels and found no trash bags. The view from my window was great , over looking the freeway and the hotel lights didn't shine in my room like other hotels do.

I have been coming to this Holiday Inn for five years almost monthly. Staff very professional/friendly. I do have a suggestion. Have the maids turn down or up depending on the season it would save you money.

We didn't stay long, but everything was very nice. Check in was quick and the guy at the front desk was nice. Clean and surprisingly spacious room. The huge counter in the bathroom was an added bonus for four girls getting ready in the morning. Seems to be close by everything.

Central location for our trip. Received friendly sevice and a comfortable room for 4 adults and a baby. Did not have a chance to use the amenities as we had other plans throughout the Ozarks. Would stay here again.

I can't say enough nice things, the people, cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere,everything. In this time of so much hate in was wonderful being in your environment of peace and friendliness.

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly. The hot tub was dirty,
made everyone shower after using it. Breakfast was really good.

Ask to gave a room away from the highway

Absolutely my best stay at an IHG property. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Rooms were clean and updated, and the property itself was conveniently located near shopping and tons of dining options. This was our 2nd stay at this property and this is definitely becoming our go to whenever we travel to the area
